Pricing Questions

Is there a lock-in contract?+

No. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Annual billing is available at a 17% discount, but you can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.

What counts as a "site"?+

A site is a single building or property address. Each site has its own asset register, PPM planner, contractor directory, and reporting. Strata complexes with shared services typically count as one site.

Can I start with one site and add more later?+

Absolutely. Start with a Standard plan for one site and upgrade to Professional or Enterprise whenever you're ready. Your existing data carries across seamlessly.

Is my data stored securely?+

Yes. Sign-in is handled by encrypted authentication hosted in Australia. Site documents you upload are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket that only you can access. Your site registers currently cache in your browser for speed, with cloud sync rolling out shortly for multi-device access. You can export your data to PDF, Excel, or CSV at any time, and your data remains yours.

Do I need any technical knowledge?+

None at all. Standara is designed for facility and property managers who already know the job and just need the right structure around it. If you can use a spreadsheet, you can use Standara, and our guided setup walks you through creating your first site in minutes.

What Australian Standards are covered?+

Standara maps maintenance tasks to the relevant AS/NZS standards across all major building disciplines including fire safety, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, vertical transport, and more. Standards references are included by designation — full standard documents are available from Standards Australia.
