Search or browse by category to find assets. Click + Add to Register on each result to include it in the PPM Planner.

Review the assets selected for . Remove any that don't apply, or go back to add more. Check for library updates
Assign Contractors
Search the contractor panel for each discipline below. Click a result to select, or use Add custom contractor if yours is not listed.
PPM Planner — Review & Complete
Click a scheduled visit to move it to another month or mark it complete . Click a completed visit to revert. When you're satisfied, download the final PDF report.

- Click a scheduled cell to move it to a different month
- Double-click a scheduled cell to mark it as complete
- Click a completed cell to revert it back to scheduled
- An overdue cell highlights any scheduled task that has passed its due month without being completed
